 Lisa Liberatore is a serial entrepreneur that became successful AND stayed successful as a result of building deep connections across industries, geography, and diverse economies. She brings her strong emotional intelligence, her experience with co-founders and investors alike, and her strong intuition for creating a safe environment for honest sharing to Denoma to generate the curriculum and guide the peer-mentorship experiences.

Technologist & Burgeoning Entrepreneur


Joy-El has a background in data science that started in graduate school for molecular biology. Before moving to Maine, she played several roles in a technology consulting company. She brings her logical problem-solving approach, analytics experience from marketing to biology, and curious nature to Denoma to create the tools and reports that will power the courses and extend Denoma’s skills to a greater reach.

Successful Entrepreneur


Before she became an entrepreneur, Heather spent over 20 years working for Fortune 100 companies in the areas of Organizational and Leadership Development, Innovation, and HR. In these roles, she developed a deep appreciation for the development process for emerging and experienced leaders. In 2017, Heather left Corporate America to turn her passion for inspiring women and creating beauty products into a start-up company. Today, Heather focuses on her role as the CEO of her company but continues to fuel her enthusiasm for supporting the journey of entrepreneurial leaders through involvement in endeavors like Denoma.
